From 2004 - 2008, Pyxis maintained the prestigious Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) accreditation in Community and Employment Services. In 2008, the Company decided to pursue CARF accreditation in Behavioral Health.

CARF accreditation is based on continuous quality improvement, best practices and peer review.
